With the changes brought about by COVID-19, I offer counselling via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. I also continue to offer face-to-face counselling in Central (Oxford Circus/Goodge Street) and South London (Brixton). Click here for more details. The counselling rooms I use have been designed with your comfort and safety in mind to help you feel as relaxed as possible.
Whether remote or face-to-face, sessions typically take place once a week and last for 50 minutes. Depending on availability, you can book sessions from 8.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday. You can book a free, initial consultation session here.
